Entry
1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies and other tracking technologies within the Hollywood Hair Online Store, available at hollywoodhair.pl, run by HOLLYWOOD HAIR KLAUDIA DUSZYŃSKA based in Warsaw, ul. Belwederska 44, 00-594 Warsaw, NIP 5060093284, REGON 147365472 (hereinafter: "Administrator").
1.2. The Administrator complies with the law on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”).
1.3. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the security of personal data and protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure or access.
Processing of personal data
2.1. The Administrator processes Customers' personal data for purposes related to the use of the Store's services, processing orders, handling complaints and returns, responding to inquiries, as well as for marketing purposes, including information about promotions, new products and special offers.
2.2. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but necessary to use the Store's services and to process orders.
2.3. The Administrator processes the following personal data of Customers: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, data for issuing an invoice (including NIP), and in the case of Customers who are entrepreneurs, also the company name and registered office address.
2.4. The Administrator processes Customers' personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and after their implementation, for the period of limitation of possible claims or for the period required by law.
Rights of data subjects
3.1. The Customer has the right to request from the Administrator access to his or her personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing.
3.2. The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if he/she believes that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR or other provisions on the protection of personal data.
3.3. The customer has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Cookies and other tracking technologies
4.1. The Store uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored on the Customer's device, which are used to identify the Customer, remember preferences, facilitate navigation and personalize content, and track statistics of visits to the Store.
4.2. The store uses session cookies, which are deleted after closing the browser, and persistent cookies, which are stored for a specific period of time defined in the cookie parameters.
4.3. The customer has the option of limiting or disabling access to cookies on his device by changing the web browser settings. However, disabling cookies may result in the loss of some functionalities of the Store.
4.4. The store also uses analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, which collect anonymous data about users, such as the number of visitors, time spent on the website and traffic sources. This data is used to analyze and improve the functioning of the Store.
Sharing personal information
5.1. The Administrator may share Customers' personal data with third parties solely for the purpose of providing services provided by the Store, such as payment service providers, carriers, IT service providers, accounting companies or entities providing marketing services.
5.2. Entities to which the Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data will be concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
5.3. The Administrator does not transfer Customers' personal data outside the European Economic Area, unless the Administrator has the Customer's express consent.
Privacy Policy Update
6.1. The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy. Customers will be informed about significant changes by e-mail or via the Store. Last date
any update of the Privacy Policy will be provided at the end of the document.
6.2. A customer who does not accept the changes introduced to the Privacy Policy has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of electronic services by deleting his account in the Store or, if he does not have an account, by sending an appropriate statement to the e-mail address of the Store.
