2. You contact the reception
   
   After purchasing, please contact our reception by phone or message to arrange a convenient time to visit the showroom.
   
3. You are making an appointment
   
   The reception desk will help you choose the best date and provide all necessary information before your treatment. Your purchased package already includes a 300 PLN deposit to book your appointment, so you don't need to pay anything extra.
   
4. You come for a visit
   
   On the day of your treatment, show your order number to the stylist.
   We will match your hair color on-site and begin the transformation.
