• Professional complaint handling and follow-up after the service.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in customer service , preferably in the beauty industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken English – you will be serving clients from the UK and Spain!
• Excellent communication and organizational skills .
• Knowledge of the beauty or hairdressing industry will be a big advantage!
• Knowledge of reservation systems such as Treatwell, Booksy, Fresha is an asset.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Google Docs) and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
