Package Terms and Conditions

The product does not constitute a purchase of the specified maximum hair weight, but a visual effect individually adjusted on site by qualified staff. The amount of hair selected is determined by the client's natural hair.

Each package represents a maximum weight, which cannot be increased without additional payment.

The offer is non-refundable. Before purchasing the package, you can take advantage of a free consultation at Hollywood Hair salons or online.

If the selected grammage is lower than the maximum quantity in the package, the hair is not returned to the client or transferred to another service, and its monetary equivalent is not refunded.

The prices included in the price list and on the website do not constitute a commercial offer and are subject to change.

Purchasing a service at Hollywood Hair Salon is tantamount to the Client submitting a statement that there are no health or medical contraindications to performing the services offered by the Salon, and that they have read the price list and these regulations and accept their terms. The Client bears any potential consequences at their own risk.

The client is obliged to follow the post-treatment recommendations, according to the instructions provided during the treatment by the employee of the Hollywood Hair Salon. Only proper care and following the recommendations of the employee of the Hollywood Hair Salon can guarantee the best results and effects after the service.

In justified cases, in particular in the event of doubts as to the safety of the procedure, an employee of the Hollywood Hair Salon has the right to refuse to perform it or change the date of the reservation.

Contraindications to the service include excessive hair loss, scalp diseases, and fear of losing one’s own hair.

If the client notices increased hair loss, Hollywood Hair salon recommends complete hair removal only at Hollywood Hair salons
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

The package includes a 300 PLN deposit to reserve the date. Cancellation of the scheduled date of the procedure means losing it and must be paid again additionally on the day of the procedure.

The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the use of services at the Hollywood Hair Salon immediately after noticing the defect, no later than 7 days from the date of the visit.

The Client shall submit the complaint in person at the Salon where the service was performed or via e-mail to the following address: reklamacje@hollywoodhair.pl. The complaint should include: the Client's name and surname, e-mail address to which the response is to be sent and a description of the subject of the complaint enabling its consideration, as well as the date on which the defect was noticed.

In the event of a complaint submitted via e-mail, Hollywood Hair Salon reserves the right to require the Client to visit the Salon and allow the employees to inspect the hair in order to process the complaint.

23.3. Hollywood Hair Salon will consider the complaint as soon as possible, but no longer than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

Hollywood Hair Salon reserves the right to change the Regulations.
