Hollywood Hair, one of the leading hair extension companies, is looking for an energetic and organised person to fill the position of International Markets Booking and Service Coordinator . If you have experience in customer service, have very good English and want to work with clients from the UK and Spain, this is the perfect role for you!

What will you be doing?
- Managing online and telephone bookings for our UK clients, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service.
- Coordinate salon schedules to optimize available appointments and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with the team to ensure availability of appointments and efficient schedule management.
- Advice on the services provided.
- Professional complaint handling and follow-up after the service.
- Updating reservation systems and managing reservations on platforms such as Booksy, Treatwell, Fresha .
- Active customer acquisition thanks to referral systems.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in customer service , preferably in the beauty industry.
- Fluency in written and spoken English – you will be serving clients from the UK and Spain!
- Excellent communication and organizational skills .
- Knowledge of the beauty or hairdressing industry will be a big advantage!
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Treatwell, Booksy, Fresha is an asset.
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Google Docs) and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to work in a team.
