Hollywood Hair Limited Holiday Package Terms and Conditions
1. General provisions

1.1. The product does not constitute a purchase of the specified maximum hair weight, but rather a purchase of a visual effect, individually adjusted on-site by qualified Hollywood Hair staff.
1.2. The amount of hair selected depends on the client's natural hair.
1.3. Each package specifies a maximum weight, which cannot be increased without additional charge.
1.4. Packages are redeemed only in Polish Hollywood Hair salons.
1.5. This offer is non-refundable. Before purchasing, the customer can receive a free consultation at Hollywood Hair salons or online.

2. Conditions for implementing the package

2.1. If the selected weight is less than the maximum value of the package, the unused hair will not be released to the Client, will not be transferred to the next service, and will not be refunded in cash.
2.2. Prices on the website and in the price list do not constitute a commercial offer and may be subject to change.
2.3. The purchase of the service constitutes the Customer's declaration that:
– there are no health or medical contraindications to performing the service,
– has read these Regulations and the price list and accepts their content.
2.4. The client is responsible for any consequences resulting from concealing contraindications.
2.5. Hair color is individually selected to match the client's hair color on the day of the appointment. The package does not include hair coloring.

3. Customer Obligations

3.1. The client is obligated to follow the post-treatment recommendations provided by the Hollywood Hair employee during the visit.
3.2. Only proper care can guarantee the best results.
3.3. The Customer is obligated to provide correct contact and address details when ordering a Luxury Gift Box.
3.4. Hollywood Hair is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrectly provided Customer details.

4. Refusal to provide service

4.1. In justified cases (e.g. safety concerns), a salon employee has the right to refuse to provide a service or change the date of the appointment.
4.2. Contraindications to the service include: excessive hair loss, scalp conditions, and fear of hair loss.

5. Safety and care rules

5.1. If you notice increased hair loss, Hollywood Hair recommends complete removal of your extensions only at Hollywood Hair salons.

6. Promotions and payments

6.1. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
6.2. The package includes a PLN 300 deposit to book the date.
6.3. Cancellation of the scheduled date will result in the loss of the deposit, which must be paid again when making a new reservation.

7. Complaints

7.1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint immediately after noticing the defect, but no later than 7 days after the visit.
7.2. Complaints can be submitted:
– in person at the salon where the service was performed,
– by e-mail to the following address: reklamacje@hollywoodhair.pl

The complaint must include: the Customer's name and surname, e-mail address for response, description of the defect and the date it was noticed.
7.3. If a complaint is submitted via email, Hollywood Hair may require a personal visit to the salon for inspection.
7.4. Complaints will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt. A response will be sent to the email address provided.

8. Final provisions

8.1. Hollywood Hair Salon reserves the right to change the Regulations.
8.2. In the event of a return, the Customer is obligated to return the Gift Box at their own expense. Failure to return the package will result in the Customer receiving a refund for the value of the package, less the value of the Gift Box.
